      While working good benefits during pandemic did nothing to retain good employees as other companies raised salaries to hire and retain good workers Fleetcor did nothing and employees were not staying

      Cons

      During pandemic did nothing to retain good employees as other companies raised salaries to hire and retain good workers Fleetcor did nothing and employees were not staying. I retired back in October after working 14 years received no congratulations letter from corporate or retirement gift and all my records show terminated as if I was fired instead of retired big difference. At least my co-workers gave me a small reception

      Starting with the CEO, all the way to every segment president, there is lack of communication and no clear strategy. Take a look at how many C level members have recently left the company.
