Leaders are not welcome to new ideas and often belittle and bully those who don’t share their opinion Hard work environment, leaders and teams don't respect each other and it’s standard workplace behavior to yell and curse at one another No support from executive team for diversity, inclusion and culture efforts Priorities are not clear
