A toxic management and work culture. There is zero work autonomy. There is a high turnover of staff.

This company has grown through buying other companies, not by actually being a good company or providing a good product. It is led by a salesman who is very near-sighted. No sense of community or team, the culture...if you can call it that, is every man for themselves and pass the buck. The only consistent thing is that everyone throws everyone else under the bus.
