      Pros

      Job advancement after 6 months. Good benefit package. Currently, work from home.

      Cons

      You are treated like just a number. No real growth and development are provided by training. You will have to gather your own knowledge. HR is disconnected and seems to be disorganized. Terrible pay, not competitive at all. No real-life work balance in management the only way to stay caught up is to work off your schedule.

      Pros

      Many great opportunities to learn and grow professionally. Some amazing and talented people and great regional leadership team. Freedom to experiment and try out new things.

      Cons

      Extremely poor global leadership with very limited appreciation for cultural nuances and needs. Global project were poorly defined and executed often with very limited value to other regions.
