It was good to hear that you found you were remunerated well and that your role kept you busy and challenged in a positive and productive way.
Our business is complex and we certainly appreciate the legacy knowledge that is in the business. I am sorry that you found this difficult to navigate and as such found this to be a barrier to our success as a business and frustrating to you personally. We certainly do not advocate micromanagement, so will take this feedback and ensure this is fed back directly to the leadership teams.
