      1. Company is moving towards digitizing their solutions, hence its a great learning opportunity for someone looking to boost their Fintech knowledge. 2. Generally nice and pleasant folks to work with. 3. No micro-management and excellent work-life balance

      Cons

      People are always in meetings or busy especially with WFH situation. Some staffs can appear curt and less helpful sometimes. There might be some self-teaching if you are new.
