Little to no encouragement and/or training from management to promote up in company. Raises are not annual.

The work is remote right now and it’s a steady paycheck.

Cons

The environment is heading in a more toxic direction. Upper management seems clueless about some of the hard work the team does and they are currently pulling the team apart with business decisions that make no sense.
