Pros

The environment is dynamic and fast-paced. Great place to learn. A lot of growth opportunities. There is always work to be done - definitely not a boring place.

Cons

Not really a con but make sure Fleetcor style fits yours: you have to be a true self-starter and ok with priorities changing frequently.

I feel that the account managers do not get highlighted at all during Town Hall meeting

Pros

Flexibility with remote work - managers are decent and care about their reps. There is opportunity to make very good comp money here. Not an easy path to navigate with the process and the comp plan, but it's doable. Roughly 20% of the reps make great money, the rest just get by. When travel was an option there was a good budget to work with. Benefit package is pretty good.

Cons

Focus is dollars and growth as with all large corporations. They tend to miss the customer needs with this focus. The reps bear the burden of trying to keep customers happy with no easy course of customer support. A LOT of turnover since I've been employed. Retention is poor in the sales division.
