Pros

- High expectations for the quality of your work - Data driven decision making - Smooth talker doesn't win here unless they have data to back it up. - Intelligent leadership / executive team - Lots of career opportunities. They support career shifts internally and you see a lot of people who have been here for 5, 10, 15+ years.

Cons

- Organizations can be silo'd if they don't report to the same VP. It's improving but still quite a challenge - IT is either under resourced or needs improved leadership. It's difficult to get anyone single person who can help end to end. Most processes are split up and make it painful to get access to servers, shared folders, etc.

WORKING IN OFFICE WITH COVID-19

Pros

None. They lie to their employees and use them for their own game.

Cons

They are making their office workers that have the capability to work from home, work in the office of a huge building near the international airport in Minneapolis. There is more than 4,000 cases of coronavirus out break in the US as of today and yet they keep saying we're holding off. They promised people to work from home weeks ago if Minnesota had more than 10 cases. However, they're not doing that and we have more than 2 dozen cases now. We should be working from home as our group has older people, pregnant people and more so. This is outrageous.

We are evaluating and testing workplace policies to determine both the technical and practical capabilities this will have on our business. Although not all of our jobs can be done remote, various technology and business teams are working around the clock to expand this capacity. Maintaining a healthy work environment is our top priority, and we have enhanced our sick leave policy to accommodate quarantine guidelines, increased cleaning activities across office locations, and distributed information on how to avoid or minimize exposure. Great on-boarding Team oriented Friendly staff Huge Enterprise Hardware is excellent

Cons

Too many security enhancements prevents IT from working accordingly. 401K's are too low Software needs improvement
