      Lots of work keeps you busy so the day goes by fast. decent benefits, free parking

      Cons

      This place could be good but the environment is toxic. Training is not very good and new hires are thrown out on the floor unprepared which causes them to interrupt the rest of us for help. Supervisors give wrong info. Poor management, the only person who cared about the employees left and supervisors that are still there complain saying they are looking for other jobs.

      Pros

      The only pro is that if you work there you have health care. Frankly that is the only pro. Location is ok as well.

      Cons

      Everything. The company does not respect their sales/account managers. It is a modern day plantation. The pay is horrible compared to competitors about 40% below the national average. No transparency. Employees have no input on what they need to be successful nor are you provided the tools. Bottom line it is a sweatshop and you will not be appreciated for your hard work. Run.
