Fleetcor cares about its employees and seek to create a career path for all employees. They encourage you to reach your potential. There are many different departments within Fleetcor, if you would like to try something different to what your used to doing, there's plenty of scope within the business to do this.
Cons
Fleetcor use temps to fill in, this causes a high turn over and can effect how a team gels. Inter department communications could be more effective, and knowing how well the departments are doing to contribute to the success of the business could be more frequent.
