I recently experienced Corpay's hiring process firsthand, and unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory. Despite initially advertising the position as hybrid, with one day in-office and the rest remote, the reality painted a different picture altogether.
The interview process itself consisted of three rounds, involving discussions with the hiring manager and the director. However, the miscommunication and lack of transparency became evident when the offer letter contradicted what was discussed during the interviews and in initial correspondence with HR.
