      Salary is the only pro about working for this company

      Cons

      1) This company requires you to be available 168 hours (24x7) straight and would penalize you if you are unavailable anytime during that 168 hours. They don't care if you fall asleep during those hours. 2) Management says to have a work-life balance, but in reality, they do NOT care.
