Pros

None for my particular group but your experience will vary greatly by your management team. Pay wasn’t horrible but after 2 years I only got one tiny pay raise.

Cons

They offer PTO but make you schedule far in advance and guilt you when you take it. My team was micromanaged and talked down to like we were children. Pay started off as a decent number but no raises. They also dangled an incentive program in our faces for 2 years but it never came about.

Salary may be negotiable based on experience

Cons

Management not supportive. All focus/credit on global staff. No interdepartmental collaboration (e.g. CDIs attempt to override coders by writing leading queries that compromise coding guidelines).
