Hello, I have one thought of “YOU DONT HAVE TO BE GREAT TO START, BUT YOU HAVE TO START TO BE GREAT . Same way i had great start of journey with Corrohealth Starting as an Executive in the Coding Services to star performer. The journey begins from One of the most rewarding experiences in my role at CorroHealth was during a high-pressure period when our team was working toward a tight coding target with project swap . I took the initiative to organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring that quality was never compromised maintaining consistent productivity. My Leaders, manager and peers acknowledged my time management and leadership, my team gave me a round of applause and cheered for me which truly motivated me to keep striving for excellence. I would like to sincerely thank my manager for the continuous motivation and guidance during challenging times and recognition of my efforts have truly inspired me to push my limits. Beyond anything Corrohealth organization made me believe that No Women Should Made To Fear That She Was Not Enough.The Moment When CorroHealth’s commitment to employee well-being was when I was given the opportunity to work night shifts, despite being a female employee. The organization ensured that all necessary safety measure, made me feel respected and trusted. It was a clear example of how CorroHealth goes beyond policies to empower its employees while prioritizing their safety and comfort. Another was giving WFH oppourtunity during festive season when no other company was tried to give. This gesture showed that the organization values both productivity and personal well-being. One of the proudest moments in my journey at CorroHealth was being recognized during the Grade Performer event. My dedication and proactive approach didn’t go unnoticed it led to a performance-based increment and selection through the Internal Job Posting process. These achievements reinforced my belief that hard work, consistency, and a positive attitude truly pay off. One experience that truly motivated me to go the extra mile was witnessing the dedication of our office cleaning staff. Every day, they ensured our desks and surroundings were spotless, creating a fresh and positive atmosphere. It made me realize how every role contributes to our collective success. One experience that stands out in my journey at CorroHealth was when I actively participated in a team discussion and shared my views on improving workflow efficiency. I made sure to present my points clearly and respectfully, encouraging open dialogue and collaboration. The team appreciated my input, and some of the suggestions were even implemented.
