      Politics and favourism is the main criteria to grow.

      Cons

      1st company in my career to work on saturday. on 2nd day of joining got escalation mail from top management and need to login night 10 on sunday to reply. the other employees who have mentioned about work life balance, they have never worked in other companies. if 18hrs for 6 days in a week is called worklife balance, god only can help those people. good thing is they are getting overtime money if you are in operation.

      I have strong experience in HCC and outpatient coding at CorroHealth, where I maintained 99% accuracy, worked as a Lead Coach, handled audits, and mentored teams while supporting multiple US healthcare projects.

      Cons

      ne area I am currently improving is my exposure to inpatient DRG coding and denial writing. My experience has been more focused on HCC and outpatient coding, but I am actively upskilling and confident in quickly adapting to these areas
