Good work life balance Good exposure to developing technologies Cool work culture No micro management

Cons

Internal competition (within team or out of team) can devour someone's career. As with any company, the more work you do, the more work you get. Sometimes there will be a lot of meetings and you will be under pressure to put in extra work.

Decent insurance/benefits, decent PTO, flexibility, and several different job options

Cons

Favoritism, hard to work your way up, toxic environment, HR is terrible (they never solve any issues, better to not waste your time), management is awful (production plant is ran extremely poorly), poor pay, very prejudice place to work.
