      Pros

      Amazing benefits, lots of opportunities for professional development and cross training, amazing company culture, acceptably diverse, and above average compensation.

      Cons

      Upper management can sometimes feel disconnected, but they are improving as scientists take on more upper tier roles. It’s diverse in terms of Asian/Indian representation but lacking BIPOC and other minorities. This could just be an Iowa issue though.
