Pros

The company culture is awesome and there are so many little perks to enjoy, like certain days off, fun team building opportunities and the occasional bonus and the chance to work from home if need be.

Cons

There is limited training as well as the random pointless meetings or seminars.

Hi, there! We value your opinion and appreciate your feedback. It’s our goal to deliver a world-class work experience for all of our associates – and training and development is an integral ingredient of that. Associate development is one of our top priorities, and it sounds like we missed an opportunity with you, which I deeply regret. As we continue to expand our training initiatives, I would love your input on identifying development opportunities and curriculum that would foster your growth at Cortland. As one of the Directors of Talent Development, I look forward to hearing your feedback and ideas. – Dave Sayers david.sayers@cortlandpartners.com #GrowTogetherAndPlayAsATeam
