Was fun as long as you knew what you were doing and didn't need help

Cons

No training at all, they put me on call the first week and wouldn't help me when I needed it. Nobody in the office knew how to do anything; payroll, new hire packets, etc... I kept getting on call work orders for weeks after I quit

Hands down the best company culture. We are given so many tools to succeed, to be our best, and to truly be ourselves. Even while the company is rapidly growing they have the right people in the right place to ensure everything goes as smooth as possible.
