Great pay. Great Benifits. Pretty nice people atleast to your face.

Cortland did me very wrong. I was relocated to DFW as a Floating Leasing Consultant, after cutting my hours dratsucally they fired me and eliminqted the position for jo reason. I had never even gotten a singke writ up! They tried to tell me that I failed a shop that didnt even have my name on it as well. Honestly, I worked very hard for them and felt conpletely used. And after all that I am not even eligabke for rehire. How heartless can you be?

Fun work atmosphere but it all depends on what team you work for. Thank God I was able to transition to team Brian he is a great regional and has his people back it I was part of any other team I don't thinks I would have stayed with this company very long.

Cons

You have to commit and be about what the growth the company is all about. The company have strong core values, and they are seeking employees that will be bring those strong work ethics with them to the company.
