Pros

allowed for personal time off when needed

Cons

At first, I loved this company. But they’ll keep managers around who never work and don’t do anything to help their communities and expect everyone underneath them to go above and beyond. Hardly any raises are given unless you’re one of the favorites and have a boss that will fight for you. Unfortunately, I didn’t have that in the many years I was there. Stayed in the same position basically because was told constantly that there’s no open positions. I hope other communities were better than the one I was at, but after hearing stories, I really doubt it. You do all the work and then some with not enough pay, no acknowledgment, no growth while your manager gets to make six figures a year barely showing up to work and throws everyone under the bus instead of taking any responsibility.
