Decent healthcare and other benefits. Discounted rent if living within a cortland community. Large diversity in culture and gives proper training. Prefers to hire people with no experience, but requires a personality.

Cons

Pay sucks. Favoritism. You get to work for 9 am and leave at 6 pm. (Get an hour lunch, but because rent and life is so expensive, overtime is needed) Written warnings given without investigation. Managers like to save their own skin and will throw you under the bus to make you look like the problem when they actually are.
