Cons

I could write a book regarding the cons working for this company. I have never been so unhappy at a job in my entire life. I was under the impression that this company was one of the best to work for in the property management "world" and it's one of the worst. The company micromanages you and makes you jump through hoops to get your work done. They take away access so you have to reach out to your Direct of Operations or the corporate office causing delays in assisting residents, vendors, and prospects. They sink you in a lot of busy work and reporting causing you to be chained to your desk and not able to assist customers coming in causing a strain on your Leasing Team. They have messed up our entire team's pay role multiple times and held bonuses from team members. They demand you complete a task and then will change their mind and make you look like a fool in front of your residents. The onboarding process was horrible and I should have left then as it was a red flag of how unprofessional and lack of consistency. When you arrive onsite expect to be put onsite without any training and a lack of help or assistance from anyone. When you reach out requesting help they expect you to already be trained even if you don't have access to there systems. Go to their communities review sites and you will see that they have review contest in order to boost online reputations. The higher-up management team meaning District Managers and higher are extremely unprofessional. Profanity coming from them isn't uncommon at all. They tend to really cross a very unprofessional line and make team members uncomfortable. They had us go to a meeting hours away where they demanded that we act like we were the Ritz Carlton and how to do better as a team and that we are lacking in a lot of errors yet the same speaker is one that is never assisted and is always really unprofessional. I could go on and on regarding so many terrible experiences myself and my entire team have had. It's very sad because I had a lot of respect when I started with this company and now I don't.
