Great company but limited potential and near impossible tasks

Pros

Great location, good benefits, beautiful decor, nice people, 365 days summer hours

Cons

I had a terrible experience working for one manager, there definitely was favoritism towards French employees and the management was its own entity that let no one in, There basically is no potential for growth. Whatever position you get is that for life of your career.

Flex time, no micromanagement, good benefits, paid vacation and health benefits

Cons

The workload can be sometimes overwealming but not impossible to carry on.
