Pros
Our district is a hot mess . Our SM is constantly putting out fires for the DM . We get stuck running the store while our SM travels to various locations in the Southeast . DM NEVER visits stores and always “works from home “. The training managers are two faced. They suck up to the DM and gossip about her throughout the district . Very poor leadership . If you hire well , train well …. BEWARE… they will take your good hires and put them at other stores that are failing and you are back at square one hiring . NO WORK LIFE BALANCE 😡.
Cons
Everything . Poor communication. Poor training . Upper management is not in touch with what the stores deal with. Not enough operating hours to get all tasks completed as well as serve customers .
