Pros

Costco is a very successful Multinational company who treats their employees very well. SInce Costco works on suck low margins it is surprising how much they invest in their employees. They do not skimp on compensation and benefits. They are leaders in the industry in that regard. Quite contrary to other retailers/wholesalers who focus on selling goods at a low price.

Cons

because it is such a large company who prides itself on quality there are several levels of signatures required for many aspects of operations. Sometimes you are delayed implementing something because you can't locate the people required to sign off on it. It is not a huge problem but sometimes it can be a hassle.
