Old School Culture

Pros

People are nice and personal but a lot of International people in the office.

Cons

Slow to change and very hierarchal . Managers are very old school and few of the systems are also very old school. Hard to convince people to change anything. Sometimes people bring or hire based on religious belief which is strange.

- chill environment - easy tasks - good people

Cons

- lack of management (Managers are not involved in projects and have no idea whats going on at actual work and have difficulties to determine the needs of teams) - people are usually experienced costco workers from different background. Amazing people, good project knowledge, limited technical abilities... Overall good for retirement
