Cons

Everyone is chronically overworked and underpaid. Hours are long and without any compensation for overtime. High turnover leads to uncertainty. High pressure and frequent overpromising to clients, taking on new projects without considering capacity, ambitious deadlines, and poor estimations of how long tasks should take. Poor project management - should not be using Excel and OneNote for PM at this scale. All complaints are met with platitudes. Company focuses on shiny new AI tools instead of addressing serious issues employees raise.
