Indeed, we offer a remote working policy which enables colleagues who have passed probation to work remotely for up to 50% of the time. We believe that having face-to-face time in the office holds many benefits and is central to ensuring that the community we have created, where people have a workplace they belong to and feel part of, is never lost. Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your contributions during your time at Costello Medical. We're pleased to hear that you appreciated the supportive management and training on offer. I am sorry to hear that you felt as though you were micromanaged at Costello Medical; it is an area we further investigated in our 2023 and 2024 employee surveys. These survey results suggest that satisfaction in this area is generally good – 79% of respondents in our UK 2024 Employee Survey were strongly satisfied or satisfied with their levels of autonomy, whilst 15% were somewhat satisfied. We do acknowledge that our newer joiners experience a greater level of guidance and oversight at first whilst they learn more about our projects; however, once an individual has proven themselves, we increasingly provide more responsibility and are delighted when individuals are enthusiastic and proactive about finding ways to take this on. There are opportunities for Project Coordinators to progress to the roles of Senior Project Coordinator, Account Coordination Manager and Account Manager in a similar way to the progression routes offered for Analysts and Medical Writers.
