Pros

You can work from home or even work a hybrid schedule. The work environment in office is pretty relaxed. Upper management is nice and I haven't directly experienced micromanagement.

Cons

The job is low paying and even with inflation increasing there hasn't been a cost of living increase. They're were a ton of lay offs so job security is something to worry about. Not a lot of opportunity to grow.

Pros

If you make it past working as a contractor, then the job has decent health benefits and pays more than McDonalds, and you get to learn quite a bit about credit.

Cons

Very boring, monotonous work. No room for advancement as there are a lot of people who've been at the company for 20+ years. No ability to get paid more than $20 an hour after years of working there. The program you use daily is from 2002 (or some year close to that) and has not been replaced with a more user friendly version. Everyone is work from home now and the culture has become non-existent since the transition to work from home.
