      Pros

      Good work environment when in the office, and for the most part tries to encourage a work/life balance. (although there are times of the year where work load is very heavy). There are different social groups within the company that are fun to join. Encourages rewarding hard work.

      Cons

      Their overall response to the pandemic was so-so. Allowed work from home, but were not the great at communicating changes in when employees had to return to office. Also, unrealistic expectations as to what parents could do if they did not want their kids to stay home from school during pandemic. Actual job specific training varies wildly between departments.
