Too many changes, need to work in keeping the employees not just hiring new ones

Benefits PTO Snacks During the pandemic allow employees to work from home New employee gets a lot of incentives

Cons

The company has been going through to many changes in the last year Decides to close a location and force them to move or be let them go, 3 months after backpaddled the decision Lots of incentives for new employees but pushes current employees to leave the company Extremely stubborn about the work from home situation
