      Lots of great benefits and extras, very flexible work schedule, great people to work with

      Cons

      Very low paying, very disconnected as it's a company of acquisitions and they don't do a great job of bringing everything together (working in separate domains,s so not everyone gets access to the same resources/tools, leadership is slow to make changes or help support organizational improvement.

      Cotality is a tech driven company that is customer centric with just as much attention and care given to employees. I love the communication, care and collaboration that takes place. They also do a great job with addressing the remote workforce.
