Cotality, as a company, has ALWAYS supported my efforts as an employee, and more importantly, as a parent. This is in both tangible and intangible ways. From always being supportive when time off is needed for family events to creating a work environment that is inclusive and welcoming. I often share my company's initiatives and public policies with my daughters as an example of a company that has values that coincide with our family. Cotality's support of my family has also been felt through its generous financial support of my girls throughout their college experience, with a total of $20,000 in scholarship funds being extended to them. Both my daughters have received the family scholarship twice, and it has meant the world to us. Without exaggeration, this company is truly the greatest.

Cons

Not a con, and probably the result of the ever-changing market environments, but there is definitely an emphasis on growth that I feel can have the effect of "ok that's good, what's next".
