Pros
I've been here for awhile and have experienced the highs and lows over the years. It's great to work for a company that is the leader in this space and well known by industries, financial institutions and government. The company isn't perfect (and none are) but it has been putting in the effort the last several years to give back to the employees and improve morale, such as, stocks rewards, employee events with food, friendly competitions/contests, early office closures before the big holidays, to name a few. For advancement and recognition, it starts with the individual to take and show initiative. When you do good work, have a good attitude, and are consistent, the leaders will recognize it. Maybe not with an award but they will take notice.
Cons
It is fast paced and there are constant changes. At times, it does get frustrating but when you keep in mind the size of our company and the continuous transformation needed to grow and be competitive, it makes sense. Other companies do the same. Management at the Exec level doesn't do the best job of appreciating employees outside of corporate events and town halls. This is where I think is the most gripe from employees.
