      Pros

      -Great company culture. Lots of events thrown by employee resource groups. -Teammates and leaders are always willing to help. -Leaders recognize hard work -Volunteer PTO is better than any other company I've seen and there are multiple community initiatives in the office in addition to being encouraged to volunteer -Hybrid WFH is great -Lots of tenured employees, long term growth and development opportunities -Lots of products and solutions for customers

      * Perks galore from well-being half days (10 per year) to getting my fitness ring reimbursed. * 7 Employee Resource Groups and teams at each location who plan fun events year-round. * Executives who continuously integrate our mission, vision and values into their business strategy. Our first value: Be Yourself-Come as you are. I mean do I even need to go on? * Compensation based on market rates. * Career Development and continuous learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Lots of meetings. But, you will definitely not feel out of the loop. And, as a new employee you will have the chance to connect to many different employees across the company.
