Great company culture!! CL is dedicated to investing in employees that demonstrate great work ethic and it is always rewarded. Furthermore, CL sponsors many company events that encourage and motivate employees to work hard and share success as a team.
Cons
Every company has its weaknesses, but what I admire and respect about CL is that they acknowledge what needs improvement and begin working on a plan to better processes.
