      Pros

      Good opportunity to advance. Hard work, creativity, & solution focused will be rewarded. Reports that management does not promote based on performance is false. Good team work departments work together to create solutions. The attitude is constant improvement; what will add more value to our products & services. Client focused.

      Cons

      This company has grown & changed so much. Some veteran employees don't get the vision. It's annoying to listen to them complain instead of work hard & join in the successes. Wish they would go away or at least stop complaining about the changes & decisions made by management (and stupid things like coffee & paper towels).
