      Opportunity for development, rapidly growing organization, good benefits, comfortable work environment, fair compensation

      Cons

      Can be bureaucratically top heavy, you won't get any opportunity if you don't ask for it or if you don't look for it yourself.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Salary is okay and work can be interesting. If Work from home was still an option that would have been a great Pro.

      Cons

      Hard to move up based on work performance it all depends on who is well liked and often people get picked based on being chummy with the right people and not necessarily for their competence .The benefits are getting more expensive and company pulled all work from home. Management is not very accessible and often relay messages through 3 more people instead of directly. Not many opportunities to move up without having to lead people

      Poor senior management, lacking in business and data knowledge

      Pros

      Great employees that work well together despite low morale.

      Cons

      Senior leaders do not understand the complexity of the business, customer needs or data that is acquired and processed. When the leaders that built this business left (2013 - 2014), the decline started and continues today. This is not uncommon in large companies when this occurs.
