      Pros

      It used to be a good place to work. Turn over was very low in my office.

      Cons

      Management has gone insane. They pretended to take employee input with a "PopIN" session to gauge our concerns. Work-life balance was a very high priority so they decided to end work-from-home and close a lot of offices. You can't even work from home in most emergency situations. Now every high value person I talk to is unmotivated and looking for work elsewhere. Way to destroy a company. In two years they may not even exist.

      Benefits are fair, good paid holidays.

      Cons

      Too much chaos over the last 24 months. Anyone who knew and understood their data have left the company. Salaries are lower than all competitors.
