      Pros

      There is so potential and opportunity at Cotality, especially around the journey to make the property ecosystem resilient and smarter. The folks I work with on a day to day basis are some of the best in the industry. There is plenty of options for career growth and learning opportunities both laterally and vertically across the enterprise.

      Cons

      Things can take longer than anticipated, but that is the downside every big company comes with.

      Pros

      Cotality expanded my professional connections and helped me gained opportunities to grow in the property data industry. One of the biggest pros for me as well is the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week - it allows me to save time traveling and focus more on my day to day task. I love my team very much too - they are all awesome and all have the willingness to help when I was starting which made is easier for me to adjust. There's also lots of recognitions and work benefits which motivates me more to work harder with quality!
