Pros

Great opportunities to work with many departments throughout the organization, and learn about different product lines.

Cons

Tough cultural environment due to acquisitions and other internal changes. Makes it hard to navigate your career and to plan ahead. For a data and analytics company, internal technology and resources were not great or easy to use, and a lot of time and money was spent on a central tool for the whole company to use that ended up not working as intended.

No Non-office work allowed

Pros

Generally very positive attitude among co-workers. An overall co-operative work ethic exists within the company.

Cons

Senior management just released a new policy that there will be NO work from home allowed on a permanent basis. Mid and low-level management usually is under trained and fails to manage their people and resources well. There is a senior management failure in understanding legal mandates from current legislation and acting to reduce risks based upon that. Senior management is also so very disconnected from their employees that they release sophomoric pep talks and emails trying to sugar coat bad policy and decisions. They continue to pay lower than comparable positions elsewhere.

Recently, CoreLogic announced a more structured approach to managing flexible work arrangements. Our organization needs a consistent approach that clarifies where flexible non-office-based work arrangements are appropriate and how these will be managed. We believe having more of our employees in office locations is beneficial because this will encourage more rapid problem solving, better communication, and stronger engagement that helps us build on the momentum we have established over the past 5 years. A review of high performing companies, as well as our own performance have shown us how essential in person, peer-to-peer interaction and collaboration are to improving speed of decision making, quality and innovation. This new approach supports both field-based and office-based work assignments that enable our teams to deliver market leading performance, as well as, occasional requests to work from home to better balance personal and professional commitments.

Pros

Full benefits, stable company great coworkers.

Cons

Management is extremely clicky. You won't get a promotion unless they like you outside of the office. Even if you are better qualified and have a better performance review.
