      - Customer centricity is alive and well - New brand is reinvigorating - Innovation is at the heart of what we do with loads of exciting things planned - Regular all staff forums and updates keep us connected to what is happening around the organisation that benefits our customers - Leaders challenge you (if you like that, I do...others don't) - Care for their employees - health and wellbeing days, reward and recognition, awards and regular team interactions - Committed to D&I and working flexibility which means different things to different people

      - Still a few people in the team stuck in the old ways and reluctant to try new ways or working - Could have clearer career progression pathways. Like, what do I need to do to be a TL or Manager one day?
