      Excellent company culture, lots of employee resources, groups, clubs, training opportunities, extra benefits Leaders and team members who know their stuff and really are experts in their field or area of expertise and bought into the success of their teams and the company and providing the best service and products we can Transparency with corporate leadership about the company direction and vision

      Cons

      Medical benefits and 401k matching are average, not bad but could be better Some silos still exist in the organization but there has been so much growth recently in breaking down those silos
