      The company looks good on your resume. There is almost no over time. The pay is average for the position.

      There are too many layers of managers. The managers have different rules for different people. The pay is average for the position.

      Okay place to sell if you want to go somewhere to relax for awhile.

      Pros

      Low stress level, not a high emphasis on performance. Downside is that professional growth is limited. An okay place to go in sales if you are not motivated. Excellent health benefits however. Some opportunity for lateral movement but promotions and transfers are very slow in coming.

      Cons

      No autonomy, intricate, onerous procedures for deal approval for pricing or legal issues. Every layer of mgmt is trying to remain relevant, thus slowing down all decision processes. No inkling of how decisions are being made. Huge, tangled bureacracy to get contracts and pricing approved, turnaround times into 5-6 weeks. Deal is lost by then.
