      Pros

      Great company and culture. From early on in the interview process everyone I encountered was professional and supportive. There is a strong collaborative culture within the company that is consistent between departments. All of my peers are talented and generous with their time and are very willing to share their knowledge and expertise to help the team win. It has been a great experience joining the Cotality team.

      Cons

      I have not experienced any yet. Not to say that there won't be any but my experience so far has been great.

      Pros

      This is a very good company to work for. The management team from the CEO down is good to work for. They care about their teams, their customers and their company.

      Cons

      The internal processes at Cotality are archaic and hard on the teams. The company is aware and working on them, but the internal tools, platforms and processes are a heavy load on the employees.
