Some really great people do work there. An invaluable learning experience both professionally and personally. A real character-building experience. It was almost the best place ever - so well organized. But these stubborn, outdated practices don't belong in 2020. Look inward.

Cons

Never felt comfortable. Never fit in. Texas location boys club. They will never accept you if you are different. Inappropriate behavior. Daily harassment and discrimination. Finally, an HR that did nothing and subsequent retaliation. A nightmare scenario.

Heaps of old rotting codebases that don't get any attention The software products are seen as a liability and not as an asset Lots of micromanagement Nobody in charge seems to understand how to effectively run a development team Everybody is leaving the company Boring work Clueless leadership
