In addition to assigned tasks, employees are forced to perform unrelated work such as posting blog comments on the company website or LinkedIn, which is made mandatory. When an employee resigns, any blogs they authored are later changed to show the owner's name instead, without credit. The salary structure is demotivating, with yearly hikes as low as ₹500 to ₹1,000.
