Pros

Some of the best people you will ever know work here, or they did when I left. People were leaving at a tremendous rate. Pay was decent, not the best, but certainly not the worst.

Cons

Very heavy workload. Management more concerned with growth than how they are going to handle the incoming workload. No structure, poor training, you will handle everything from cradle to grave. No support or backup - you might get a day off, but you're going to do ALL of that work when you get back, so just understand you'll work twice as hard the next day.

Good, but lonely at times

Business Outlook

Pros

Solid pay, good work/life balance, learn a lot, supportive leadership, room to move up to a leadership position

Cons

Out of 70 producers in my division, I’m one of 5 women and I’m getting lonely. I feel like I have nothing in common with my coworkers
